About The Role
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for someone keen to start a career in Ecommerce as a UX Optimisation Analyst. The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Optimisation Analyst in reporting and analysing marketing metrics, together you will both produce reports for the wider team. You will be part of a team that decides what to test on our ecommerce site in order to offer a great customer experience and increase sales.
As this is a specialised area we are happy to look at applicants with no previous experience or qualifications specific to this area as we are sure with the right candidate we can teach all you will need to know.
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Senior Optimisation Analyst in producing reports
- Supporting the Senior Optimisation Analyst in raising development tickets with requirements
- Helping to monitor on our live site any A/B tests in progress highlighting any potential performance issues
- Getting involved in ideas for future testing
Hours of work:
General office hours, Monday to Friday. Hybrid home working up to 3 days per week, and flexitime hours options are available.
