We have an opportunity to join our Merchandising team based at our head office in Leominster, Herefordshire. The main purpose of this role will be to reconcile supplier data received primarily pertaining to Customs Data/EANs to ensure we are able to inbound our full stock range.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all products have relevant customs data, typically provided by suppliers, and confirming data is valid and accurate using online/internal tools
- Ensuring EAN data is acquired and processed to allow bookings to be made at the earliest opportunity
- Data to be input accurately on all internal databases
- Working closely with Buying Admin and Operations to ensure clear and correct product information is available at all times
- Providing weekly updates on product status and flagging issues
- Providing cover support within the team when required, including enrichment, product admin, and website maintenance.
Hours of Work:
General office hours, 37.5 hours per week with flexi-time options, working 2 days per week at our head office based in Herefordshire, and 3 days remotely.
