The PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our Agile Project Management Office (PMO), leading the PMO analysts, ensuring effective project governance, and driving Agile project delivery excellence across the organisation. Expertise in Agile methodologies, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential in successfully overseeing our Agile project portfolio.
Responsibilities

Establish and Maintain Agile PMO: Develop and implement Agile PMO processes, policies, and standards, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and Agile principles. Establish Agile project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to support efficient and effective project execution.

Agile Project Governance: Support Agile project governance frameworks and processes to ensure projects are properly planned, executed, and controlled in an Agile environment. Collaborate with Scrum teams, PM's and stakeholders to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with Agile project management standards.

Agile Project Portfolio Management: Manage the roadmap, including prioritisation, resource allocation, and tracking of project progress. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, project objectives, and strategic initiatives, and align Agile project priorities accordingly.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain Agile project performance dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into project status, benefit realisation, risks, and issues in an Agile context. Regularly communicate Agile project updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile PMO, identifying opportunities to enhance Agile project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among project teams.
