About The Role

Position Purpose 

  • To maintain Company Head Office in a safe, hygienic and presentable state. 

  • To work as part of a team providing first class cleaning provision

  • To conduct yourself at all times in a professional manner.

Hours of Work
Onsite in our Leominster Offices (Monday - Friday)

7am - 10am


  • Clean designated areas (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping etc)

  • Clean toilets, urinals and wash areas including restocking  dispensers, toilet roll holders, sanitisers etc

  • Clean and sanitise meeting rooms after use

  • Empty bins 

  • Sanitisation of all workstations/desk in line with Covid guidelines

  • Cleaning of partition screens

  • Clean kitchen/canteen areas

  • Checking and re-stocking all Covid sanitising stations around the business

  • Undertake monthly cleaning of internal glazing, mirrors etc

  • Check stock/cleaning products

  • Liaise with Admin & Facilities Manager on low stock


Health & Safety

  • Use cleaning chemicals/products safely as detailed by COSHH guidelines

  • Draw to the attention of the Admin & Facilities Manager any potential hazards on site or infringements of H&S

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean and maintained in safe working order

  • Comply with all Company regulations and practices

  • Be fully conversant with the ‘Lone Worker’ policy and abide by the arrangements within
