About The Role

Recruitment Coordinator (FTC) 
Working hours - Full time, onsite Mon-Fri 

Position Purpose 
To provide end to end recruitment support in the HR function.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Writing and creating live job adverts via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as and when required 

  • Shortlisting internal and external applications via the ATS

  • Pre-screening potential candidates by phone or email

  • Scheduling candidate interviews via phone, email and Google calendar

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in regards to interview scheduling

  • Uploading new starter details from our ATS and setting up new starters on HR systems

  • Proactively sourcing suitable candidates for a variety of Head Office positions.


** This is a 6 Month FTC, working full time onsite at our Leominster offices **

About You

 
  • Previous experience (1 + years) within an in-house recruitment or agency role

  • Previous experience with IT roles is a plus but not essential.

  • Previous experience with jobs boards/systems to source candidates. 

  • Knowledge of sourcing various channels with Boolean search strings

  • A resilient, driven and flexible approach

  • Confidence to work under own initiative with a proactive approach

  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills

  • An excellent communicator at all levels and highly organised and methodical

  • Confidential and professional

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with an appetite for learning and development
