The Role Scope  

✨Role Key Responsibilities 

Providing 24/7 1st line support, on a shift rota basis, ensuring that you provide excellent customer service by liaising with internal users to resolve problems and queries, escalating to the 2nd or 3rd line support as appropriate. You will also be liaising with 3rd parties when required, analysing support requests and working within a ticketing system to manage requests. You will also be supporting the 3 Warehouse Operations of the business, including the latest Android technology RF Guns and Zebra Mobile Printers, ensuring all Warehouse issues are resolved quickly and efficiently; as well as setting up and supporting Company Mobile Devices (Apple/Android) and equipment.


About You

✨ Essential:

You will have a proven interest in IT and enthusiasm to learn and succeed. A basic understanding of technology components in e-Commerce will be essential. You will need to be a flexible self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to deliver exceptional customer service within a business environment.


We would love to hear from those with experience in 1st Line IT support services, and those with experience of ticket logging systems, Windows systems and software maintenance/upgrades. The ability to query and troubleshoot issues via SQL and experience in working within an Agile environment are also desirable.
