The Role Scope 

✨Create engaging, impactful and personalised automated email campaigns that drive the customer journey forward

✨Build comms tailored to customers on-site behaviour, increasing spend and loyalty through targeted and strategic use of data and analytics

✨Drive desired customer behaviour through segmentation, personalisation, identifying new touch points and optimisation of existing flows

✨Launch new & existing customer journeys via an omni-channel approach (Email, SMS, Web Push) 

✨Utilise a solid understanding of A/B testing

✨Optimise & enhance customer journeys across all 7 markets whilst still maintaining that localised feel in our UK and International markets

✨Work closely with external teams to understand UK and International trends 

✨Daily reporting and analysis of automated email performance for all markets

✨Supporting the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to determine broader email strategy and future planning

✨Drive business growth forward through achievement of team KPIs

About You

✨Team Player with excellent communication skills at all levels

✨1-2 years CRM experience

✨Competent in a CDEXP Platform (Bloomreach preferred) 

✨Basic understanding of HTML (Preferred but not essential) 

✨Customer centric approach – a solid understanding of audience segmentation and lifecycle

✨Highly organised and able to manage and deliver several projects at the same time with short turnaround times

✨Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and grammatical skills

✨The ability to work under pressure and driven by hitting targets 

✨A proactive, enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude

✨Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools
