The Role Scope

 

To reconcile supplier data received primarily pertaining to Customs Data/EANs to ensure we are able to inbound our full stock range.


✨Role key responsibilities

  • Ensure all products have a relevant customs data, typically provided by supplier, and confirm data is valid and accurate using online/internal tools.  

  • Ensure EAN data is acquired and processed to allow bookings to be made at the earliest oppurtunity.

  • Data to be input accurately on all internal databases.

  • Work closely with Buying Admin and Operations to ensure clear and correct product information is available at all times. 

  • Provide weekly updates on product status and flag issues.

  • Provide cover support within the team when required, including enrichment, product admin, and website maintenance.

  • Ad hoc tasks depending on business needs

 

About You

✨Skill/competency

  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel 

  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with internal/external parties

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Organised and comfortable using your own initiative.
