Working Pattern:
- Full-time hours over 4 days per week
- Working 1 weekend in every 3
- 3-week rotating schedule with the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm
- Saturday: 9am to 5pm
- Sunday: 10am to 4pm

Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media

Handling customer queries and complaints ensuring satisfactory resolution

Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded accurately and professionally
