About The Role

Temporary Customer Service Operator

Working Pattern: Onsite

Hourly rate: £12.30
 

Working Pattern:

  • Full-time hours over 4 days per week
  • Working 1 weekend in every 3
  • 3-week rotating schedule with the following hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm
  • Saturday: 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 4pm

✨Role key responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media

  • Handling customer queries and complaints ensuring satisfactory resolution

  • Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded accurately and professionally

  • Keeping customer personal information secure in accordance with GDPR

  • Achieving individual KPI’s and quality measurements

  • Maintaining high standards of accountability and professionalism at all times

  • Following company guidelines and procedures at all times.

 

About You

✨Skill/competency

  • Proficient keyboard entry skills

  • Comfortable using multiple online applications

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • The ability to communicate well at all levels

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
