Overall you would be analysing current software, systems and processes as well as project requirements so that they meet the business needs. You will document systems/solutions, and processes and identify requirements to adapt and enhance them, with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity. You would also review non-functional project requirements to aid solutions design. Having a good understanding of what a solutions architect does would be desirable for the development of this role.
