The Role Scope
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager of WMS & WLM Systems to lead the strategy, optimisation, and day-to-day operations of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) platforms.
✨System Management

Own the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing performance of WMS and WLM platforms (Blue Yonder)

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase system reliability, efficiency, and user experience

Oversee system integrations with other internal and third party systems

Partner with IT and Third party vendors to manage upgrades, patches, testing, and issue resolution
✨Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team responsible for WMS/WLM support,

Establish KPIs and goals for the team, and ensure high-quality service delivery to warehouse operations

Foster collaboration across teams including operations, PMO and IT

Develop a cross trained team and plan for future team succession.
✨Operational Excellence

Collaborate with warehouse leaders to ensure WMS/WLM solutions meet operational needs and drive productivity

Analyse labor and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for optimisation

Support onboarding of new facilities, including WMS/WLM deployments and training
✨Strategic Initiatives

Lead or support large-scale projects including WMS implementations, warehouse expansions, and automation initiatives

Evaluate new technologies and vendors to enhance warehouse performance and employee engagement

Drive alignment between technology capabilities and business goals
