The Role Scope
✨Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the site
✨Supporting manager with disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and performance management
✨Managing a high volume of employee relations case work
✨Supporting the HR Manager with coaching line managers to build confidence in handling people matters
✨Supporting all HR administration such as updating contracts, contractual amendments, reference checking
✨Supporting recruitment and selection during peak periods
✨Carrying out and supporting on HR inductions promoting a gold standard employee onboarding process
✨Ensuring fair and consistent HR practices
